    COVID Curbside Concierge Service

    When you arrive at SPVH, pull into the nearest parking space, remain in your car and call the front desk.

    Our receptionists will take your pet’s information, your vehicle information and ask a few health questions about today’s visit. 

    A staff member will come to your vehicle and bring your pet inside. If your pet is hesitant to come inside, we can meet you in the vestibule and pick up your pet there. 

    The doctor will perform the exam and call you in the car to discuss their findings and devise a treatment plan for your pet. 

    When we are finished with your pet, our receptionist will call back, collect payment over the phone and return your pet, medications and paperwork to you in your vehicle. 


    Thank you for your patience while we try to protect you and our staff during this time. We are here to treat your pets in any way you need. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

    Payment is due when services are rendered.  We accept the following methods of payment:

    Care Credit - care credit is a credit card the offers options for interest free payment plans.  It is a great alternative for those unexpected expenses, but can be used for all your pet's routine care as well.
  • PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

    Requests for refills on medications will be ready to pick up the next day.

    Some requests require special ordering so please call before you run out so that we have your refill in-stock when you need it.


  • ORDERING HILLS PRESCRIPTIONS DIET FOOD:

    Place orders by Wednesday each week to ensure Friday delivery.

    Food available for pick up after 3pm.

    Dear Clients,

     

    It is come to our attention that occasionally an item made need to be returned. If the item was defective or ordered improperly we will be happy to replace the item or credit your account. Unfortunately we are not legally permitted to accept returns on prescriptions, even if they are unopened. We can not return these items to our stock in any way and our receptionists have been asked to immediately discard any items that are left. Please understand that we do this to protect your pet’s safety and our liability.

    Our food manufacturers will provide credit for returns made to our office.

    If you have any questions please leave a message for the doctor that prescribed the medication or the office manager. Thank you for your understanding.
